TiB is best known in FF circles, however, as the guys who were offering 40 miles per dollar while US was doing a 250% partner bonus promo, allowing scores of frequent flyers to earn 140 miles per dollar spent. Ah, the good ol' days. $24.57 for a sticker gives them a great profit margin and me another hit. That includes the world's most expensive shipping envelope at $4.99.
