Share miles weekend hit

Shared miles with a FTer and got a hit at a cost of about $31.  Again, a little high, but it's one I would have done, anyway.  The danger with these weekend hits is that I don't have my spreadsheet in front of me and am having trouble keeping track.  Thus, the blog.

I have officially gotten three hits to credit now, the points.com transfer, which took about two days, and the mileage share and magazine redemptions, which were essentially instantaneous.  I'll keep an eye on the rest and update them as they come in.

I'm going to start looking at local car rentals this week.  Speaking of which, if you are reading this, feel free to check out the rates through the adsense link that is somewhere on this page.  No, I don't get referral fees, but I think google gives me money or something if people click on my ads.  I'm not too up on this whole interweb thingie.

  2. Yes, we both get the hits. It works out nicely for both parties, although you should factor in the cost of the miles when deciding who pays the fee.
